Head of the Vaeles military : Distinctive scar, missing tooth
Clergy of Amia and Arctus : bald, optimist/sweaty, optimist
Blacksmith : proud, obsequious
Head of Vaeles military : obviously battle-hardened. Scar is from an ethereal marauder; only the top edge is visible as the tip of a triangle lined by teeth on his neck.
Clergy of Amia/Arctus : siblings. Both optimistic, certain that things will get better as time goes on, so long as people keep to their religions. Sister (Amia priestess) is the sweaty one, loves to work hard and get her hands dirty with the followers, but sweats heavily when doing anything more intensive than preaching. Brother is bald, with intimidating tattoos on his head (forked lightning?)
