Symbol : A crescent moon, wrapped in a climbing vine
Alignment : Neutral Good
Portfolio : Growth, well-being, good harvests
Worshipers : Farmers, healers
Domains : Healing, plant, protection, good
Favored weapon : Quarterstaff
Dogma : The Lady Amia is a gentle soul, and begs the same of her followers. Violence is rarely necessary, and you can always accomplish more working together with people than working against them. She gives blessings of good harvest and good health upon her followers, and is said to provide protection when it is needed. In more general cases, however, she leans on her brother, Arctus Suluna, to provide protection, focusing her own efforts on seeing that any injured in the process are cared for.
Clergy and temples : Amia's clergy tend to wear simple, functional clothing under most circumstances, and don't shy away from pulling their share of work. When performing functions within her temples, they prefer robes in shades of green, with her symbol embroidered into it in silver. All are welcome within her temples, and basic first aid is provided to any who need it with no expectation of recompense so long as they aren't known to be the type to start fights.
The temples themselves tend to be simple whitewashed buildings, often with beautiful herb gardens in front. Potted plants are common inside, lending them a subtle but pleasant aroma, and putting visitors at ease. This is also the case inside the infirmary, kept in a separate room from the main worship hall, with cots kept separate from one another by sliding curtains.
In times of war, it is common to find a priest or two of Amia inside Arctus's temple caring for their wounded, while a number of Arctus's faithful form a squad of guards and protect her temple from attack.
